Can we force reconciliation stuck on AWD to FBA receiving ?
AWD Shipment FBA18NYNSBY0,FBA18N3XXVFG,FBA18N0Y7B2G,FBA18NRT4181,FBA18NK5YM5W has been in stuck in receiving mode minus 1 unit since Dec 21
When are these shipments normally eligible for reconciliation and payment of lost inventory?
Amazon lost the inventory from AWD to FBA
We had 3 other shipments that from AWD to FBA that were never recieved. We would like to recieve compensation for them but they automatically close after 90 days.
