FBA Listings Keep Disappearing
We keep running into issues where the FBA Variant of our listings disappears. The FBM variant remains, but the FBA Variant disappears.
We know that we are not deleting the FBA listing. In some cases, the listing disappears between creation and our attempt to send the inventory to an Amazon Fulfillment Center. We then have to recreate and reprice.
This has been happening periodically throughout the year. In most cases, our FBM listing remains, just the FBA disappears. We have been incredibly careful for the past 9 months regarding deleting our listings and have monitored when, why, how etc. we do specific deletions.
We find this frustrating as it causes additional work all the way around.
I have opened a few cases throughout the year. The last one just this week. I can't get to the "data" department and regular help channels don't have a clue as to how to help.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
