So an order that we did not ship to customer as out of zone, this is the feedback left, and when told Amazon about the bad language , they say it doe snot meet removal feedback criteria, so now customer are allowed to Swear and blast sellers and use abusive language!, for a service area that even amazon does not service!,
moderator is this the kind of Company Amazon is all about?

Amazon services all areas of Canada anywhere that Canada Post ships to.
Why didn't you ship it? What is out of zone mean?
The seller is expected to ship the product after a customer places an order. That is what Amazon is all about.

You haven't given any proof, you never replied to the last round of proof, of which you provided examples of postal codes that all postal services and couriers service, see here:

You haven't yet provided an example of an order and a postal code to where Amazon doesn't service the customer. Once that is done, only can we and moderators try to help you out.

You've continuously been asked to provide proof, and you constantly avoid the question with a different excuse each time.
This isn't a thing. If a regular courier charges a fortune, Amazon sends it Canada Post. Canada Post services 100% of all Canadian postal codes in Canada. There isn't a single address in Canada you can't order Amazon to (with the exception of hazmat/dangerous goods for fly in only addresses, which can't be shipped air.) It may take a while, but Amazon gets it there via Canada Post.

Despite the reason OP didn't ship, or wheter the feedback was deserved or not, the feedback does in my opinion qualify for removal, as per Amazon's Removable Feedback Guidelines.
Will Amazon remove it? Who knows.

we do between 30k-60k in orders a month.
Even with 6k orders a month, it's surprising that you don't seem to understand how Amazon works, and keep coming to the forums for help.
Please link to that post. Nobody has been able to find it because it doesn't exist.
That's a well known fact based on the customer's postal code.
I don't love Amazon, and in fact, we are having to set up other marketplaces so that all our eggs are not in one basket, as Amazon seller support is becoming harder to deal with, and it is taking longer for forum moderators to escalate and resolve cases, leading to less revenue.
