I have applied for amz uk proffesional account, after video call verification, amz send me two different emails (pics attached) in first email amz asking for ID card upload.I upload id card for 2 times with different scans, but amz didn’t verify yet, in second email amz is asking for passport now my passport is ready, but when i open my seller central there is no option of passport,(pic attached) still there is “National Id card” option, so what should i do now?i already made two attempts. In email amz asking for passport but in seller central form there is no passport option.Should i upload ID card for the thrid time with diffent scan in pdf file,??as previously i uplaod jpeg images of ID card or should i upload passport pdf in ID card option??

Note:

-In primary contact details i select Pakistan as a country of birth and country of citizenship, but don’t know why they reject my id card,as they didn’t find my place of birth on id card, which is clearly mention on ID card as u all know.I scaned this card very well as all corners are clear,

-There is no middle name in ID card and i didn’t write any middle name in form.

-And Id card is smart card.

So now what should i do ?.

please guide me,

Thank u…!!

I was in a similar situation and asked Amazon for help. Their advice was to upload a passport scan under the only option I could see, "driving licence. It worked. Good luck.

No, we probably don’t know, as we don’t have ID cards in the UK

If your business is Chen One ltd, registered at an address in Glasgow, your problem is probably that you have given different information to Companies House about your nationality and residence - on CH you claim to be British and living in Scotland. On here you claim to be a Pakistani citizen. So what nationality are you and where do you actually live?

OK, if you don’t want to explain your citizenship/nationality and residency, we can probably all assume that you are not providing consistent information to Amazon, Companies House and possibly HMRC (the UK tax office). If you can’t provide truthful answers, you will have to sort out your problems yourself, without wasting other sellers’ time
