Another Amazon store has stolen my Trademarked Brand all my ASIN's and Now my barcodes belong to this Store

Another Amazon store has stolen all my Brand ASINS. I started selling on Amazon in 2012 or 2013. I thought I did registry my Brand at that time..?? Never any violations or issues with my account. For 3 years this has gone on. I even got a Amazon violation, my one and only because of what this other store who stole my asins has done with my ASIN's! I have been calling in for 3 years and no resolution at all. Amazon customer service and told me things to do. I do and nothing and nothing they tell me to do fixes anything! I was told I need permission to sell my own brand from the store who stole my ASINS. I design and manufacturer my own products since 1979. I have the Trademark in USA I have the barcode registration, I have a EIN number a website and still that is not enough to prove I am brand owner. Yet this store has nothing to prove nothing. I can not do nothing with listings for 3 years, I CAN NOT Delete a listing, Update a listing, do a new listing ,add inventory or do anything else at ALL! . I have given Amazon Customer service all the ASINs involved but still nothing. I have reported infringement and nothing! I have tried to registry my brand but Brand Registry thinks I want to sell the brand that stole my brand. I have told Brand Registry I do not want to sell the Brand for the store that stole my brand and listings. I have over 10 pages in cases so like maybe 200 messages trying to fix this. I have spent 100 hours at least trying to resolve this. I have tried emailing jeff@amazon.com and NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. Today I was told I need to open up another store under a new name brand as nothing Amazon can do. I am losing trust and faith in Amazon completely. My sales are in toilet. I can not even delete my listings to close my store. I have tried just to do manually. I was also told to use a file and upload a file to delete my listings I am sure this to will be a problem using a file to delete my listing also I probably also need permission from the store that stole my Brand to delete my listings. I need permission from this store that stole my listing to even list my brand now? This store has taken over my store completely Taken over my entire ASIN catalog. I see many on the forum reporting the same thing, I now need permission from this store who has stolen my ASINs to list my own brand and trademark product. I have tried to register my Brand but brand registry tell me I do not have permission to sell my brand I need permission from the brand that stole my brand. I have explained this at least 100 times. It has been escalated 100 times and still nothing. I will try till Sept before I just Give up on selling on Amazon anymore. I am not selling anything much any more a waste of my time and effort now. I once did very well on here, but maybe those times are over and time to move on. Just disappointing in many ways. Here is a article that I think explains the problem well. Listen to this!!! won.t allow me to post it is from this w e b site ecomcrew dot com and talks a lot about Chinese selling on amazon and what they are being taught to do. Name of article is this How Chinese Sellers are Manipulating Amazon in 2024. Really shows one the problems which Amazon customer service has not a clue about. Any help on resolving this appreciated I have given up as wasted to much of my time and energy. If this is how Amazon treats sellers now not sure it is still a good place to sell.

Well, the main question that would help is Do you have a trademark? If you do not, you cannot do brand registry and you won't be able to fight this battle.

I understand the frustration you must be feeling with all your hard work. However, Amazon is an open marketplace so most of the time if someone has your product, they can sell it (as in you don't own the listings itself).

If you have a trademark and the brand is marked on the product I have a bunch of suggestions to help you with this. If not this one is going to be tough to fight.

Edit: Sorry it's hard to read your block of text- I did a search and it seems like you do have a trademark, is that correct? Did you finish the brand registry? This is a case for them and regular Seller support will not be able to help you. You need a copy of your trademark certificate and a picture of the brand name on the product its self (not a sticker). Let me know if you have those things and I can help
