WRONG ITEM SENT PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM MANUFACTURER

HI!

I would like clarification about the complaint of one wrong item sent please. My products all came from the manufacturer and they go straight to Amazon. The reason for the complaint being, "Make sure you pack the correct item as displayed on your product page".

I am not sure if this was a mistake by Amazon but if it is, I would like to request for a strike through for that complaint please. I also would like to have a refund if that is the case.

I already have a case log of this issue (ID 16054542541). But nothing happened still. No answer from that email address that was given to me. I can't post it because a red warning popped up asking me to remove none amazon url though it has amazon on it. Please check the reference number above.

Here's the info about that particular transaction. I belive that pereson is Vine reviewer because the payment is $00.00.

Ask the manufacturer to send you a picture of the products sent, where you see the FNSKU (or the UPC). Most probably HE labelled wrongly.

If you see that this is the wrong label you have to close your listing and to create a removal order. Then relabel correctly and send in again.

OK. I did take the time to go to your ASIN. There are all good VINE reviews. One review has a 3-star but it doesn't say anything about "correct item as displayed". With an average of 4,7 stars you can be more than happy. What do you scratch the surface?

I didn't read through your listing but I just have seen that you use the word "eco-friendly" under "Fabric type". This word is NOT allowed. Next time a bot will crawl the listing, the system will take the listing down.

Also you are NOT allowed to contact the customer regarding a review, a rating or a feedback. That's a reason to suspend your account.

As a general rule, Amazon does not remove buyer feedback even if it is unwarranted or the issue has been resolved. Amazon will remove feedback if it determines doing so is necessary because of the following cases:

  • The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
  • The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
  • The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”

Amazon may strike-through feedback in the following cases:

  • The order was fulfilled by Amazon: The entire comment relates explicitly to delivery experience for an order fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). In addition to the strike-through, the following statement will appear: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.
  • The order was shipped using a "Claims Protected" Shipping Label: See Amazon Buy Shipping protections for more information

If the feedback you have received meets the above criteria, you can request for removal using Feedback Manager. To report a review that could be violating policies, go to Community Guidelines.

Ask the manufacturer to send you a picture of the products sent, where you see the FNSKU (or the UPC). Most probably HE labelled wrongly.

If you see that this is the wrong label you have to close your listing and to create a removal order. Then relabel correctly and send in again.

OK. I did take the time to go to your ASIN. There are all good VINE reviews. One review has a 3-star but it doesn't say anything about "correct item as displayed". With an average of 4,7 stars you can be more than happy. What do you scratch the surface?

I didn't read through your listing but I just have seen that you use the word "eco-friendly" under "Fabric type". This word is NOT allowed. Next time a bot will crawl the listing, the system will take the listing down.

Also you are NOT allowed to contact the customer regarding a review, a rating or a feedback. That's a reason to suspend your account.
