I AM WAITING ON AN INTERVIEW TO WITHDRAW MY FUNDS WITH ID

I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING 8 MONTHS TO WITHDREW THE FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT AND ALSO 8K WORTH OF MERCHANDISE- I KEEP BEING ASKED TO LOG INTO AN INTERVIEW BUT NO TIME IS ARRANGED. I Have been staring at a picture of myself for 3 days now waiting for them to join!!!

I NEED A TIME TO ORGANISE A INTERVIEW WITH ID SO YOU CAN RELEASE FUNDS TO ME... I HAVE A NEW BORN BABY AND AS A SINGLE MUM OF 2 THIS WAS MONEY I WAS TO USE FOR HIS CHRISTENING AT CHURCH. I NEED THIS MONEY BACK - PLEASE SCHEDULE A TIME INSTEAD OF ME LOGGING IN AND NO ONE TURNING UP??
