Hope all is going well for you. I am looking for help with the children's toys compliance requirements.

From February 26, 2025 to March 26, 2025, I created 12 links to children's toys during this period, but as of today, the window to submit the children's toys certification review has not appeared. I tried to open a case, and the customer service staff said there was no way to solve it.

I am worried that if the review does not appear in time, my products will not be able to be shipped and sold. Does anyone know if an Amazon representative can internally review the situation of these links, or if there is another way to submit the review documents?
