Amazon said they "was raised for review with the appropriate teams"

One mouth before, till now don't have any update.

the the answer I got from Emet 4 week before,

"I have reached out to our account health teams to help clarify the situation a bit, they have advised that your situation was raised for review with the appropriate teams not too long ago, they have also advised that this is still pending review with them at this time. I have requested follow up information upon resolution so I can follow up here with you on their decision. They will send you a performance notification once they complete their review, so please keep an eye out for additional communication."
