Gtin exemption for mugs
hi I was wondering what to put mugs under for a gtin exemption? I’ve done home and kitchen all the way to drinkable coffee & mugs and other categories but nothing is working to get the exemption. Could someone help or is anyone having this issue as well?

You put them under whatever the browse node is for mugs. I'm not sure I understand your question or your issue.
Are the items your own items, generic/no brand, someone else's branded items? A few more details are needed.
What do you mean when you say "nothing is working to get the exemption." Have you actually applied for an exemption?
Have you read the Seller Help pages?

Hi @Seller_mA3ItU6sO8qSx,
Thanks for reaching out. @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQhas provided you with the correct information. You need to put your item in the correct browse node so it's placed in the correct category. I see that the information you have provided in your GTIN exemption requests are not being approved as the images you are providing do not match the brand you are applying for an exemption for. Your brand and the brand on your images must exactly match. If your product already has a UPC on it, you cannot request a GTIN exemption and you cannot list a branded item as generic per the Generic Policy.
I hope the information that Vernon and I have provided is helpful.
If you have a specific case you would like me to look at, please provide it, and I would be happy to take a look.
Regards,
Michelle
