Creating a case
Hi, we are new to this and just starting out. We have already be de-registered but don't know why. We are now waiting the 48 hours which should be soon to be able to create a case with seller central. We cant seem to locate where to actually do this? Would anyone be able to point us in the right direction. We are presuming we will be able to see this once we have been activated. Our next steps are to create a case with seller support asking them to apply for brand approval and then apply for a GTIN exemption. Thank you for any help!

all new accounts are automatically suspended until Amazon fully completes verification of both your personal and business details. This is currently taking several weeks due to the huge number of people applying daily. Check in performance notifications daily to see if they have requested any more info. Don’t chase as this reportedly sends you to the back of the queue

To add to above, I would also suggest you read through carefully Amazon's 'Seller University'. You will find the answers to your questions there .
I cannot really advise about brand approval and GTIN exemption as not relevant to my category, but don't think you do it via seller support. Check out seller university and it will tell you there.

Hello @Seller_vtESjwEKOLrKY,
Thank you for reaching out, and a big thanks to @Seller_k2X0L9mVRT0pW and @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid for their contributions.
Here's a guide on creating a case with Seller Support once your account is activated:
After logging into Seller Central, head to the "Help" section located in the top right corner of the dashboard. Click on it to access support options.
Once you've submitted your case, you'll receive a confirmation email from Amazon acknowledging receipt, and you can track the status of your case through Case Lobby.
Regarding your plans to apply for brand approval and a GTIN exemption, you can find helpful resources on the following pages:
- List products that do not have a Global Trade Item Number (UPC, European Article Number (EAN), JAN or International Standard Book Number (ISBN))
- Applying for a product ID, or GTIN, exemption
Best, Ezra
