Amazon won't help me
Customer returned a product using an automatically generated amazon return label, and the package never made it to me, it got lost in another city. The label was through UPS which includes insurance but UPS will not refund me directly because the label was purchased through Amazon's business account, UPS says Amazon has to apply for my refund, then refund me. Amazon is claiming I have to call UPS to get a refund, however, I can't ever get through to anyone that can help me, but when Ihave received a reply through email they tell me amazon has to apply for the refund.
How do I go about being refunded for the lost package? Currently going in circles around this.
