How to transfer brand to new owner?
Has anyone successfully transferred a brand in the Brand Registry? I ask, as I recently purchased a company - and that purchase included (obviously) the brand itself.
We own the trademark, and have the documentation from the US Patent & Trade Office, as well as a signed contract from the previous owner that shows the transfer of the brand.
I've opened a case (14827595951) - and the only answer I get back is that I am not the owner of the brand in the Brand Registry. I've tried scheduling calls - and they never call. The system is not allowing for the "call me now" nor the "chat" function.
I urgently need this resolved, as we own this brand! We should have all of the Brand Registry benefits as the brand owner. And someone who does not own the brand should not be listed in the Brand Registry as the owner!
Is there someone at Amazon that can help me? This seems terribly odd?

The easiest way, if it's possible, is to have the previous brand owner sign into their Brand Registry account and invite you as a rights owner and administrator.
Then, after you've accepted the invitation and confirmed it works, they can remove themselves as an owner.
