For the past six months, the escalation team hasn't been reviewing the appeals we send, nor our POA as we try to clarify all the documents we've submitted to explain the situation. However, for the past six months, we've been facing automatic rejections on Seller Central or someone isn't carefully reviewing the documents. Please help us!

Amazon support is the worst i have dealt with. Its absolutely shocking a company this size cannot allow you to speak via phone the department you need to. They are holding my payouts for nearly 8 months and ive provided everything they require.
Im now going legal route.

I think they are focused on seeing something very "specific". If they don't see that "specific" piece of information, they would just continue to be silent. I think their philosophy is to make us work on the solution rather than spelling it out for us. I believe it is pretty archaic and perhaps not so empowering but this is how they work.
This forum is very good with these, have you posted the actual issue you are addressing. There are very experienced sellers and moderators who would chip in and help you find the blind spot.

i have to pursue the legal route now as Amazon are with holding £40,000 of our hard earned money . We have submitted numerous times at length and discussed this for over 8 hours on the phone due to an accidental IPR
its time to go legal before we have to let 8 staff go due to their AI technology . They want to know your suppliers so they can deal direct with them. They approached my suppliers within 2 days and are now with holding funds without a valid reason .
Tomorrow we will going via the high court route against 5 of their entities . Noone is above the law
