After the holidays are over, it is a great time to start planning for your operations in 2025. At Amazon this means taking a good hard look at your campaigns and the audiences you are targeting.

The Audience Insights feature within your Campaign Manager allows you to get granular, and tailor your product description and keywords to improve search optimization, experiment with the most applicable product categories, and develop product images that will resonate with your target shoppers.

For products sold on Amazon, you define your audience opportunity in three stages:

Conversion: Learn about who’s viewing and purchasing.

Consideration: Learn about who isn’t engaging with your brand. Search by Product categories or Audiences. In the Include section, you can combine multiple audience selections. You can also specify audiences to exclude.

Awareness: Learn about who isn’t aware of your brand or products. Add Product categories or Audiences that are relevant for your potential customers.
