Suffocation Warning label for Vacuum Sealed
Do shirts vacuum sealed with a nylon/polyethylene (PE) bag need a suffocation label? Bag is 12x15.
Although I am familiar with Amazon's rule for suffocation labels on poly bags with 5 inch openings, I recently ordered a lunch bag in a 8x10 vacuum sealed bag through FBA seller and it did not have any suffocation warning on it. I appreciate anyone's input. Thank you.

Yes, it should have a suffocation warning label on it. The resulting bag has a large enough opening that a child could put it over their nose and mouth and suffocate.
