Brand registry case I accidentally closed

Brand registry case I accidentally closed

Hello,

I applied for brand registry but I accidentally closed out the case.

The brand appears to be pending review, but the case is closed.

I cannot create a new registry with the same brand name.

Can you please check.

Sandy here from the Community Manager team. I looked into your case and noticed this is an appeal case.

I can resend the case for the team to manually review but I would like to call out one thing before I do that.

I noticed for the question:

• Which of the statements best describe the current manufacturing set-up for your brand that is being enrolled? (This is required so that we can guide you to upload the right documents which would aid our verification process)

I have an agreement, contract or relationship with a third-party manufacturer which manufactures majority or all of the products under my brand.

-> You attached a order detail page, the same document attached to prove the supply invoice. An order number does not meet the criteria to prove you have an agreement with a manufacture. Would you please contact your manufacture to provide you a valid document?

Once you have received this, please attach it in the case and notify me. Thank you.
