Get ad back to performing after inventory ran out.

I recently had well performing (18.00 roas) ad for several products and one went out of stock, so sales dipped to zero. I have replenished the stock, but now am seeing no spend occurring at all for the past 5 days, has the ad been moved into the void by an algorithm, how can I juke it back into producing views?
