We are facing a major problem where counterfeit products are being sold under our brand, as confirmed by a customer review (R2FF5PRKMSQCDP ). Despite opening case ID 16470257331 and reporting this issue numerous times, no action has been taken. These fake products are damaging our brand reputation and deceiving our customers. According to Amazon’s policies, this situation must be addressed urgently. We ask Amazon moderators to intervene and help to resolve this problem.
