Emails randomly not being applied to Order messages
I use microsoft outlook 365 to manage email communications. When I reply to a order message from Amazon, 95 percent of them are delivered and can be found in my message history on amazon messages.
I am then getting notifications that I have unanswered email messages on Amazon but I can go back into my sent items in Microsoft and see that they have been sent. Only a few do this out of many. Has anyone had this happen?

It sounds like there is an issue with syncing between Outlook 365 and the Seller Central buyer / seller messaging system. When you consider the messages where this is happening, can you see any kind of a pattern?
