Buyer (Or most likey another seller) ordering all my FBA stock and returning
Last week I noticed one buyer who ordered the FBA ASINs - depleting all of my stock of those items. I opened a case (14648471461) of competitive seller disrupting my inventory and the result was BLAH while they shipped all of these pieces to the buyer. A total of 95 pieces in 3 ASINs.
This reeks of a competitor freezing my inventory.
The yesterday the buyer began returning the order with a reason SMALL. The sizes are clearly described and accurate in the listings so the reason is invalid and just a way of getting free shipping on the return.
Again today I opened a case which also has been brushed off by seller support (14672481541)
They recommended that I should send an email to community-help to get assistance - which I have done.
These arbitrary orders and returns will end up costing me close to $1000 in charges as a result of this criminal buyer. This person must be stopped from blocking inventory, robbing us of cash and disrupting any sellers further. Unfortunately all my deals are FBA so I do not have access to the sellers details. A lawyer in his city would have a field day with this!

Hello @Seller_rHG3Ag4sXpee8,
Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums!
I understand your situation with this buyer and your inventory and I am here to help you. Although you have received instructions from seller support to send an email to comcommunity-help, I would suggest a different approach.
Sellers are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and Amazon policies when listing products. Amazon encourages sellers to report listing abuse or seller violations of Amazon's policies or applicable law.
If you consider that there is another seller that is not complying with the Amazon policies and is affecting your business, you can report a violation. I recommend providing all the evidence you can in order tu support your report.
To report a violation follow the next steps:
1. Go to Report Abuse
2. Select violation type
3. Provide concerned Order ID or ASIN/ISBN, as applicable
4. Make sure to include the following information in the Please describe your issue field, as applicable:
The store or business name of the seller you are reporting
The ASIN or ISBN of the item's detail page and the product title
The marketplaces for which the violation has occurred
A concise explanation of the violation based on the policy
Supporting documentation (for example, order IDs, related messaging, or receipts)
5. Submit
You can find above and more information regarding this topic on the following article: Report a Violation.
I hope this information helps.
Kind Regards,
Josh_Amazon
