Ever had a glitch with your orders?
This is a strange one. I could see I had one 1 order left to dispatch in seller central, but when I clicked on the orders button it wasn’t there? I had to ring SS to ask them for the order ID number so I could search for it that way. I was then able to print off the order and confirm it as dispatched. Basically my account was showing a undispatched order but I couldn’t view it in Manage Orders page! eh, what go off? Anyone else had this issue? I tried 2 browsers but both showing the same issue.

I think the open orders page defaults to last 7 days. If an order was pending for several days before being competed it could be older than 7 days and not show on the summary page. Clear filters and expand the date range to see older open orders.

Yeah had this a couple of times, seems to happen to me when I dispatch a handfull of orders, the remainder dissappear, just have to close broswer and open again for them to reappear. Only happens on 1 computer though so not sure what it is.
