HACCP certificate - need fresh eyes please
I have supplied a HACCP certificate which was accepted for 1 of my ASIN’s. It was rejected for other ASIN’s. All ASIN’s size variations of exactly the same product.
All images and descriptions are the same (with tablet size being the only variation/difference.
Amazon have provided the following information and it is this I would like some fresh eyes on please so I can understand what they are asking (remembering that it has already been accepted for 1 of the products).
The certificate says:
“Products:
19. Dried beverage powders, juice powders, grass juice powders, algae powder, mineral powder and vinegar powder”
Amazon say:
“Please be informed that we have noticed a discrepancy between the scope : [Dried beverage powders, juice powders, grass juice powders, algae powder, mineral
powder and vinegar powder] from the [GFSI Certificate] and the product: [Nature’s Gold Klamath Lake Blue Green Algae 500mg Tablets (200)] from the [product’s images/detail page].”
My reply was:
"The HACCP certificate lists ‘algae powder’. “Nature’s Gold Klamath Lake Blue Green Algae 200 tablets (500mg)” are algae powder that have been cold pressed into tablets. Aphanizomenon flos-aquae is the name of (blue green) algae.
Therefore, ‘algae’ which is listed on the certificate, is present in the name of the product and on the product images. "
ASIN B01MF6ZVI3 is the accepted product and will show my product description and images.
Many thanks

I have the same problem 1 of my ASIN is accepted rest of them are rejected.
I am using the same haccp certification for all of them and my supplier also.
Have you resolved a problem?
Have you any advices for it ?

Well, once I pointed out that powder is what tablets are made of, they approved all variations.
So there was never anything wrong with the certificate which I produced in August last year, just complete incompetence on their part for not knowing what they are looking at.
Appeal - reject. Appeal - reject. Appeal - reject… over and over!!!
I know I shouldn’t be shocked but I am every time support shows how completely useless and incompetent they are.
I wonder if they know that ice and steam are really water???

okey, Thank you
I will appeal and talk with the support over and over. Hope, me case will be resolved.

What documents did you submit in the application? Just the HACCP certificate or any additional information like a label or something else? They are still rejecting my application, I’m going mad, I’ve been on the phone with support for hours and nobody knows anything, nobody can help me. I started to analyse the email and noticed this point
Full product label available on the detail page in the local language.
Did you provide anything other than a HACCP certificate?
Seller_LmAoaA2UBi341
Yes it was the HACCP certificate and photos of the products labels which showed safety info, directions, ingredients, barcode and contact info. Basically front and both sides of my products. And making sure they are displayed on the product page.

What do you mean by product Page ?
You mean that this information should be included in the ‘Product description’ or ‘Bullet Points’ of the product?
Seller_LmAoaA2UBi341
I mean displaying the photos of the product label that had that information on the product page - the page that customers use to buy your/my products. Look at my ASIN B01M8HLJ3G and you will see 3 photos

Thank you
I still trying to manage that.
