Product Detail Page Does Not Exist

Hi everyone

Please help, I’ve recently opened a seller account and made my first listing. The listing seems to be active and all good, associates have confirmed this, but the product detail page does not exist . When I click on the product name to take me to the details it takes me to the dogs page meaning the page cannot be found. I’m a South African seller and they say they can see the product detail on their side and can’t help me further. I really need help as I’m now stuck unable to actually start selling because of this. Does anyone know anything about this or has experienced it.

Please help, I’m desperate.
