How to get Amazon Seller Customer Service on the Phone

does anyone know how to get these people on the phone. I contacted them last year to close and account I never used and they refunded $39.95 thought account had been closed they just billed me again 3 days ago and are saying they will not reverse charges so I can close the store. I spend over $10,000 a year using Amazon to buy materials for my business it would be a shame for me to take that business elsewhere. Temu, Aliexpress or any other seller from there website directly over a fee on a service I have never used

I see that you are attempting to reach support via phone so you can discuss obtaining subscription refunds and closing your account. I understand that this is causing you frustration so I am here to provide support however I can.

So that I can look into all of the details, can you please provide me with a case log ID from your account? If you are currently enrolled as a professional seller you should have a "call me now" or "contact us" button on your account health page. This will allow you to contact support via phone. Can you let me know if you have this feature?

As far as avoiding further subscription fees, you can downgrade your account to individual. To downgrade your account you can visit the account info tab under settings, there will be a section for manage your services, from there click on selling on Amazon. After you select the drop-down under selling on Amazon there will be a radio button where you can select "individual" and apply the changes.

For initiating account closure, visit the "help" button in the upper right-hand corner of seller central, then select "get help and resources". You should be able to select "my issue is not listed" and type "close my account" in the text box. Once the request has been submitted you will be notified if there are any outstanding concerns that will prevent you from closing your account and what your next steps will look like.
