Hello, my store was set to inactive. The message is:
"You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
However when I click on "reactivate" it brings me to a page with the credit card information and no button to start the reverification process. Please advise.

The first thing to try is adding a credit card. If the card you have on file is a debit card, you need to replace that with a true credit card.
First add that card to the buying side of your account. Wait a bit, then go to the selling side and you should be able to just select the card.
A debit card will not work to activate a selling account. Even if Amazon has already charged that card for fees owing.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if you were still having verification issues? It appears from what I can see on my end you have outstanding document/information to submit. You can view this in your performance notifications or by navigating to your 'account info' page from the settings/gear icon in the top right hand corner of your Seller Central page and clicking on the red text that reads 'reactivate account'.
Have you tried to reach out to Seller Support on this yet? That would be the next best step to take here if you are still having issues as they have additional tools and visibility into your account to access.
