Negative review Need Assistance Escalation
Amazon MOD please help
Hello! I received a negative review that is not being removed by Amazon's request removal and this request is within guidelines in Amazon's policy for removal. This order was just shipped and the customer has not received yet. In their review they ONLY mention that they think there is a delay with their shipping when it has not reached their estimated delivery date yet "1/27"
When requesting removal I get an automated message from a bot. If I can please receive assistance and have a human review this for suppression as it's within guidelines for removal. Thank you so much!
