hello, i need help whith reactivation of my account.

hello, I have created my account 3 month age and got deactivated after month, still can't get reactivated, they ask me to submit an utility bill but I submitted 3 of them and don't have any document to submit more, my account still deactivated,(I submitted same documents to verification team mail and my documents was approved, I got message like"we can verify your account now you can sing in " something like this) I think it is an error that my appeal was rejected, and if they will review my appeal one more time they will approve it can someone recommend me what to do, thank you.

Hello,yes of course, as I understand my account was deactivated because amazon team need to verify my account and they need utility bills, but I already submitted 3 of them and I do not have any document to submit more, I'm sure if human will review that documents it will be approved.Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. 90 days after receiving this notification, you may request a funds disbursement by contacting . We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our system or repeatedly violated our policies which protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all of the funds in your account.Why is this happening?We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

I even got this message from verification team which say's they're able to verify my account and I can start sell, but still have not been reactivated.
