FBA 2 SKU's In one shipment from over a month ago now all inventory shows up on only one of the two SKU's the second sku shows 0
This is my case ID#17516679151 in case any Amazon person seeing this can help with this problem I can't seem to be getting any help with for weeks!
Is anyone else having the same issues with their FBA shipment of 2 SKU's being received against only one SKU? When sending two SKU's in one shipment we always have them separate on 2 different pallets. The pallets and Boxes are clearly marked that I sent to amazon, we ship 2 pallets containing 2 different SKU's and I've had a similar issue before where receiving received in 144 units under one SKU and 72 Units of the other. But this time the problem is worse because they received all 144 units against one and none of the other. The ASIN that sells way more and needs the inventory because we run out frequently, has now been at 0 for the past 2 weeks because receiving made this mistake. I'm honestly more concerned about that they ship the wrong product to the customer, and I want this to be corrected right away. This problem wouldn't even exist if they just scanned each box, this would prevent this from happening. I've opened a case and sent several messages back and forth with seller support, but they brush it off that I can not complain about this problem until they close the inventory. This is what I get every time I open the case to have them investigate it. If they would look into this right away the problem could be fixed but they don't seem to want to even try.
"After a review of your shipment FBA18V5MKKWC, we've determined that is not yet eligible for reconciliation. If you wait until the shipment is eligible helps ensure that the products in your shipment have had sufficient time to reach the appropriate fulfillment centers. This includes your products that need to be reshipped to other locations in order to be closer to customers."
They can keep this open for months and our main product is "not available" and possibly sent incorrectly to the customer! Also I'm getting a bad score for my inventory performance since the ASIN that is selling mostly isn't in stock right now!
What can I do here? We are missing out on all the sales that could be happening but don't because Amazon's receiving department don't pay attention to the details that are in fact important.

Hello @Topher_Amazon can you help us with this problem we are having?

@Seller_GavS5hNHEevlwThank you for posting to the forums and providing all relevant information for us to be able to assess the situation here!
Unfortunately at this moment in time, the shipment in question is still in receiving status. This is not something we are able to manually expedite at this moment in time. I have noted that if the inventory discrepancy is not resolved by 5/21/25 or earlier, then it will be eligible for investigation by Seller Support. Please ensure to follow-up with Seller Support on your open case if the issue is not resolved by 5/21/25.
Thank you!
