Feeling Defeated: Amazon Seller Account Deactivated 😓

Hi everyone,

I really need some help. I’ve been selling on Amazon since June 2023, and things were going well. Recently, I formed an LLC in the USA to start wholesale, updated my account to a business one, and completed the Consumer Act Verification.

But on July 27- 2024, I got an email saying my seller account was deactivated. 😓 They asked for a business license or utility bill, which I submitted my business license, And after reviewing the docs and account from amazon team, I received a notification accusing my account of being involved in deceptive or illegal activities. I’m the only user, never hired a VA, and have only done FBA, never FBM even a single order. I wrote another appeal and submitted all the extra possible documents to prove the legitimacy:

- Articles of Organization (LLC)

- EIN

- Sales Tax ID

- Bank statements (Residential & Business)

- Passport

Still, no response. I’ve put everything into this business, and now I’m feeling lost. The stress is unbearable I’m getting neck pain and even sometime half headaches. If anyone has advice or suggestions, I’d be beyond grateful. 🙏

To clarify, does the name and address match the information on the account exactly? Is the information the same as the account was registered with? If they are unable to verify the information on the account, we will be unable to guarantee a resolution for the issue.
