Fulfilling SFP from a third party warehouse with DPD
Our SFP orders are fulfilled for us by a set of third parties who print on demand (hence we can’t use FBA).
We need to enable them to use DPP in order to meet the requirement for Prime collection at the weekend.
With Royal mail we can easily send the shipping label as a PDF asset to our partners and it prints when the order is scanned at the packing station.
Because DPD uses ZPL we can’t see any way of sending the label as a printable asset - it appears that these labels can only be generated using print connect on a desktop which is connected direct to a printer.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution for using DPD?
