Master distributor application denied to sell branded products
I was unable to sell ASINs already listed from a brand we are master distributors for. I supplied all documentation and met all the checklist requirements that Amazon asked for. They denied it and gave no reason. Also, we spoke to our manufacturer about this and they confirmed no one from Amazon ever contacted them to ask if we were authorized distributors. I have appealed the case ID 17552739181 PLEASE HELP! Amazon will be missing sales as long as we are denied- therefore making the end-customer experience negative.

Do you have a LOA directly from the brand?

I apologize but Amazon does not generally give the reason an application to sell a product or brand requiring approval is denied. I would recommend you review the documentation with the Brand to try to determine why the documentation was rejected. Thank you for your understanding.
