How to enable Single SKU Pallet templeate to ship to FBA

Hello @Rose_Amazonand any MOD from AMAZON who can help!

I am trying to create single sku pallet shipments to FBA but i get this error:

Single sku pallet template is not enabled. Delete the sku or use another template.

I have a case ID open which is 16756017091

I see other sellers have similar issues, one of the recommendations was to not select pallet option in Step 1, however using any other method eventually leads to split shipments.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
