Amazon is vague about things and talks in Amazonese and code.
Post what they are saying in the rejection and maybe someone can interpret it.

The number matched with what you provided in the application. However, the number you entered is the Employee Identification Number (EIN) ending in 070.
When looking into the application, you selected that this was your Business Registration Number. Please look through the Brand Registry application business information help page. The EIN (also known as Tax ID) is different from the Business Registration Number.
I am going to escalate this to the Business Verification team and say this was a selection error. I'll ask them to verify with the EIN instead. There's no action needed from you at this time.
