PCRP restricted ASIN - internal team only responding with canned responses

Hello Amazon,

Badly needed help here. Our ASIN B07RGYZYWV has been flagged for allegedly this reason "We have determined that the amount of botanical extract per serving on the label is inaccurate and/or misleading." We have already sent the product label and the COA coming from the manufacturer to prove that our label has exactly what they COA has stipulated but sadly the team kept rejecting our appeals and they just send the same canned response saying that "We have determined that the amount of botanical extract per serving on the label is inaccurate and/or misleading." It has been a week since the product was flagged and it has affected the store sales yet the PCRP team does not seem to acknowledge the fact that we have already proven that our label is true to what values are in the COA. Cases opened are: 17190076641 (appeal), 17204596751 (follow-up), 17213028071 (request to reinstate.

I did want to get clarification as you have it listed in your title that the product contains '2500 mg Tart Cherry Extract' but the label is listed as '625mg Tart Cherry Powder'. While I understand that it is an equivalent to the ingredients, it is going to be considered misleading to include the 2500 mg in your title when this is not precisely what is being referred to.

We would suggest reviewing your listing and ensuring that the ingredients are being described as the actual amount and not the equivalent. Once you have made these adjustments, we will recommend re-submitting your appeal to see if the changes are sufficient enough to resolve the violation. If you encounter any issues or have any additional questions, we would encourage you to refer back to this thread for continued support.

Best,

Atlas
