Urgent Help Needed Regarding Missing Shipment to Amazon
I recently shipped an order to Amazon with shipment ID FBA188TYG1J9, containing 89 units of my product. Unfortunately, I’ve been informed that there is a discrepancy with the shipment, and all 89 units are missing. Essentially, I’ve been told that I shipped an empty carton, which is simply not possible.
Despite providing my invoice and proof of delivery, with case ID - 16361495701, AND ID 16494473971
I was informed that the investigation has been completed and nothing more can be done. This is a huge loss for my business, and I’m at a loss for how this happened.
I’m reaching out to this community for advice. How can I protect myself and my brand from situations like this in the future?
Has anyone else experienced something similar, and what steps did you take? Any help or guidance would be deeply appreciated, as this loss is substantial. Thank you!

I was checking the case ID 16361495701 and I do see that recently they provide you with a response, where you can make the reconciliation of your shipment.
You can click in the link below so you can see the steps for how to make such request.
Now with the Case ID 16494473971 I do see it was closed by customer.
I do recommend you to submit your request through our standard path and if this you still have problems with this let me know to see the options we have.
