for weeks it kept rejecting me as an individual seller it seemed to work when I threatened to it legal action but although it says I am verified my funds are on hold and according to seller support this is the reason why. In a separate email they said it was because my bank account wasn’t verified even though from my side says it is!
Anyone else having this issue seriously thinking of coming off here it’s ludicrous

The Individual Seller Account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items (such as books, DVDs,CDs etc), and cannot be for items listed as NEW. If you are buying (or making) goods to sell on for profit, you MUST be registered with HMRC as self-employed (probably sole-trader), have been given your UTR, submit that to Amazon, and have an Amazon BUSINESS Seller Account.
If your seller account is still not fully verified (all aspects of it) then you will not be able to close the account - you can only close verified accounts. If you are selling new goods then you will need to change the legal entity, by contacting Seller Support and asking them to open up that section of your account.
You've been selling since 2007, have you sold new / multiples of stuff in that time?
