Hi Everyone,

I am a new seller on Amazon FBA, and I am in the process of doing my product research, where I have found a product that comes under the Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia & Dietary Supplements sub-category. In particular, it is a Drug Paraphernalia/piece of kit, rather than any chemical or medicine. I was wondering, as a new seller how I go about selling in this category for approval. As with regards to the product, I have read many related articles in the seller central help page, checked ASIN’s for related items and none are restricted products. The product seems to meet all all of Amazon’s guidelines.

I was in the process of creating an application to request approval, but Amazon require seller invoices, of which I do not have any as I didn’t want to commit to something like this if it is going to be practical (I haven’t contacted any sellers yet). Does anyone have any insight on this one?
