Seller Support Chat Disconnect

In the middle of a chat about a selling issue, our connection was lost. This is not the first time. How do I get back to that same Seller Support person? Amazon needs to find a way to do this. In trying to resolve one issue, I have run into this second issue!

If your chat is ever disconnected, you can reply back to the chat case, which will show up in your case log, to get back in touch with an Amazon Seller Support representative.

I did find Case: 17509899861 and it looks like you are still having an issue with the pricing. Please edit the listing and provide a correct reference price for the book and this should correct the issue. If it doesn't, please let me know so I can look into this further for you.
