But also something else has happened our account reserve has not changed depsite selling around 150 items since the 16th. We wrote a letter to the MD etc and got a response. Even a phone call. The perculiar thing was they said all our funds were fine and all our accounts verified i.e. for VAT etc. But she said there was money in reserve we could not see. We can see a large amount of deferred payments which are usually associated with business orders. But just about every order we have had in 3 days has been flagged as deferred. We are familiar with account level reserve but ours has literally not changed in days - despite alot of sales. Its like we are selling and making zero pounds. The nice lady said they a 'new policy' had been introduced but could not tell when our account was dragged into it. But money is being held for longer. Totally confusing - apparantly there is 14k on our account in the background which Amazon can see but is not dispaying on our payments/statement records. One thing is for sure we are selling and not being paid or having it accounted for on our balances. Like it just does not exist. We have had situations where money is held but you can see it in your balance. This time it basically has disappeared into cyberspace - except Amazon can seee it but we cannot - it is not collating into our account reserves. At present we are selling and the money just vapourises. I hope it relates to reverification but never know a total lack of visibility of funds. We have an open case but something is off balance in Amazon (as usuall) One thing is for sure we would have to pull the plug if we are simply not getting paid at all - which is the case. All very weird and I would guess illegal. Its like your bank having an online balance but just wiping of 10K and saying we can see it but you cannot - in which case does it exist??
