Amazon relisting products even though I opt out of auto action to recall inventory

Amazon keeps relisting one of my ASINS that I have changed to FBM so that I can recall all inventory to change a label. I opted out of auto action and recalled inventory. Periodically, Amazon is making it FBA again while stock is still at their distribution centers. This may result in an incorrect product being sent.

Seller support refuses to cancel a pending order, not even paid yet, and they will not accept responsibility for making it FBA despite me option out of auto action. Anyone have any tips here?

If the client gets the wrong size product despite me doing everything I can to recall them and stop their sale, I expect Amazon to blame me anyways and not remove the review or take responsability.

It sounds like you're trying to change one SKU between FBA and FBM. My suggestion is to just remove the SKU you want to relabel -- then create a new SKU for the new label (same ASIN). This way you *know* which units have been relabeled.

Greetings @Seller_tAfXR7sVBEoZS,

I agree with the previous comment, you will want to remove all of the FBA items for the SKU you are trying to change to FBM. Let me know if you're still having trouble with this!
