Amazon sent back unopened boxes as defective
I received a pallet of product that AMZ sent back to me saying it was defective. It was never opened or even unwrapped from my pallet wrap. I opened several boxes, and they are perfect. I was charged for the product to come back. Now I have to pay again to ship it into the warehouse.
I opened a ticket, but they won't refund me for the shipping. They don't seem to care at all that they have shipped these back without even opening it. I have sent pics and proof showing this.
