All of my product shopping carts disappeared on April 17th and resumed on April 29th but now they disappear again
Maybe due to a customer's credit card chargeback i guess.
I consulted customer service countless times but couldn't find a solution. Including but not limited to these CASE IDs: 15305058751, 15277402681, 1518015667,11517342422,115154557711
This credit card chargeback was reviewed on the 4.9th and there has been no review result so far. All of my product shopping carts disappeared on April 17th and resumed on May 16th but now they disappear again. I cannot ask if the method of restoration is by date. Customer service just made me wait. My backend does not have any performance prompts even the ratings are still increasing.
