Unable to verify bank account
conversación.i have been dealing with this problem.since January 27. I can verify my bank account since was my first name and two last names they ask for second name ok I updated with my bank. Now I'm submitting my pdf statement since January 31 every single day. But nothing. You call customer service nothing g happen just same conversation do it with me I will guide you. But every day is the same. I have 2 weeks with my account deactivate I cant get the money I have available because no bank account assigned since my bank account couldn't be verified.
I'm tired about this.

was this ever resolved? Im having the same issue. They are using AI to review the bank documents and its not working and nobody cares.
