Cancelled FBA shipment by mistake | Send to Amazon | 13684637771

In the process of managing multiple shipments in a S2A workflow, we, by mistake cancelled FBA shipment#2. This is the first time such an oversight has happened, and I am keen to rectify it as swiftly as possible.

I have issued a support ticket and all supporting documentation in the above case ID and would appreciate it if you are able to provide additional assistance if required.

The reason I'm asking is because 1) this is the 1st time we have done this and do not know how this will play out and 2) this is an international import shipment, and any delays could have a significant impact.

Any assistance or guidance from your side is greatly appreciated.

We will closely monitor the support ticket and shipment journey accordingly.

Dominic from Amazon here, I can see that Seller Support provided the following guidance:

  • Please be informed, we do not have the option to reactivate the cancelled shipment.
  • Any canceled shipments cannot be reopened and are no longer expected at the assigned fulfillment center. If you have already sent your shipment prior the cancellation, we cannot guarantee the receipt of these items and your shipment may be rejected.
  • Hence, we are unable to confirm that the shipment may be received by Amazon warehouse or might get rejected by warehouse.
  • Therefore, we kindly request to wait for the shipment reconcile date, for the item to be received by our warehouse team and will notify the the status of shipment in problem tab, so that you can acknowledge the shipment.

Note: If possible, please contact your carrier directly and have the sent shipments returned to you to avoid any errors in the FC. Please do not create a new shipment for what you have already shipped to Amazon.

Are you able to have the shipments returned to you?
