Orders not getting picked up

I am a new seller and not a single order of mine has been picked up. No attempt to pick up order was done and amazon support is useless. They just ask to fill some form which never gets replied to and no action is ever taken on it. I have lost some 8 customers because of this. No escalation matrix exist and when a complaint is raised seller support is always in a hurry to close the case without any resolution with frivolous and unsubstantiated answers. Are any other people facing the same issue? does anyone have any solution for this?

Amazon seller support is useless. I have been facing a similar issue and the amazon support is just numb. No replies whatsoever and they just ask us to fill some stupid forms

I too lost 5 customers , and I too am a new seller. Only miss pick up form is the answer to all our questions. Seller support just says they do not have excess to pick up partners,so they only tell to fill the form. I missed filling one form and was charged for this.Since they assign no one so which courier partner to call?

I have been facing the same issue for last 2 years. Amazon seller support is useless. I started handing over the orders by visiting amazon hub of my area. Now there is no issues. But the amount I pay for easy ship is useless, but I have no option.

I have filled missed pickup forms, had chat with support, called support, tried to find help with Amazon seller hep twitter handle. the responses are are repetitive and useless. My orders are also getting cancelled and just 2 minutes ago I filled a form to opt out of easy ship. I even asked to get a contact or address of hub so I can deliver it there myself. But NO ONE, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, helps to resolve the issue. I haven't been frustrated this much in long time.
