Hi Amazon Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue we have been facing with shipment scanning discrepancies. Specifically, there have been three instances where shipments, which consist of multiple boxes packed together, are incorrectly scanned as a single box.

For example, in a recent shipment, we sent out three boxes packed but Amazon mistakenly scanned it as a single box, even though it contains three individual boxes. This issue has occurred repeatedly across several shipments, and despite our previous attempts to resolve it by opening multiple cases, we have not received a satisfactory resolution.

This situation is causing significant concern regarding our inventory accuracy and processing. We kindly request that you review this matter closely and work with us to prevent further discrepancies.
