I received an A to Z Guarantee claim request for the order id: 17107771845165913, for which an A TO Z Guarantee was issued stating the reason that i have not replied for the same but i have replied for the same 4 times, moreover the issue/ concern of the customer was resolved and the same was mentioned in my replies, still the claim was granted in favour of the customer.

I have even attached the screenshots of the responses i have made towards the A to Z Claim, and the also have included the mail i have received stating the reason as to why the claim was granted saying that i have not responded.

I would request you to please look into the issue and help me get a solution for it, I have also registered a support case ( case id: 10847188432) for the same but I am not getting any fruitful response from the same.
