New seller, Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been removed, did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.
On January 26, we received a notification said Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been removed as We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.
We have uploaded the product and sent the inventory to Amazon's fulfillment center, but our account was deactivated my Amazon. After receiving the news, we submitted the documents at once, such as business license, credit card bill, shipment number, Water and Electricity Bill, Legal Person's House Rental Contract, Product Purchase Invoice and so on. But Amazon don't reply and refuse to tell us the reason. Why?
Is there any community manager who can help me? Thank you so much for your help. @Emet_Amazon

Hello @Seller_PVoV9PMMGyAFv,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums.
From what you have shared, I see that your account was deactivated for seller identity verification requests and you have questions about how to address this.
Typically, you will be asked to submit a service bill (natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service) that is dated in the last 90 days, that displays your name and address. The information on the bill must match the information you have listed in seller central. Can you confirm that your information on the utility bill provided matches you details in seller central?
If the utility bill is not accepted, you will be asked to provide a valid business license. If the information submitted is unable to be verified or there is a mismatch of information, your submission may be denied and we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue.
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

It seems that community manager has marked my problem as solved. But my issue is still there. Is there anybody who can help me?

I checked other seller's post, community manager only reply you once. Amazon's proceedings need to be change. They didn't solve my problem and they disappear now. So sad about it.
