Just create your listings without beeing enrolled in Brand Registry. Take a new UPC from GS1 attributed to YOU exactly how you appear in your "Legal Entity" to create this listing.

I just took a look at your appeal and have a suggestion for you:

  • Attach the EIN documentation you received from the IRS when you registered your LLC. I've seen a lot of sellers have success with this document in the past. Be sure to not upload a picture of it but an actual PDF of the document itself.

Upload that to the actual appeal case and the team will review it! Please keep me updated as you work through this.
